Who provides the service

Ecuador SENESCYT is an independent service of Iterative Systems LLC, coordinated by Chip Moreno. We are not SENESCYT, MINEDEC, a government agency, or a visa-issuing authority.

What the $300 covers

The $300 USD fee covers assistance for one degree: review of the electronic document package, identification of the applicable registration route, coordination of authorized online submission, one Ecuador representative’s document-verification appointment, and case updates. Payment is available as soon as the required PDFs are uploaded. Human review takes place as part of the paid service; completing checkout does not establish that your degree is eligible for recognition.

Government fees ($25 for the general and eligible títulos propios routes, or $30 for health and PhD routes), international and return courier costs, apostilles, legalization, translations, additional university documents, and visa applications are separate. Any additional services or repeat appointments require a separate agreement before charges are incurred.

Written services and the instant planner

Check My Documents ($99), Help Me Respond to SENESCYT ($129), Human-Reviewed Preparation Plan ($49), and Help Me Get My University Documents ($69) each cover one applicant and one degree, with the deliverables and exclusions shown on the selected service page. Document services allow up to 10 PDFs, each up to 2 MB and 50 pages. Human services target delivery within two business days after payment and complete intake; we will advise if additional information or time is needed. This target does not expedite or extend any authority or university deadline.

Each human service includes one combined follow-up as specified in the offer. Document rechecks, analyst revisions and preparation-plan clarifications must be requested within 14 days of first report delivery. The university-document service includes review of one university reply requested within 45 days of first report delivery. A request for information needed to complete the initial review does not use that follow-up. Additional degrees, unrelated questions, new analyst requests, formal appeals, and representation are outside these fixed scopes.

The Instant Checklist Builder ($29) generates a plan automatically after confirmed payment and completion of the saved questionnaire. No human review, scan review, accreditation verification, or follow-up is included. The generated checklist is planning guidance and does not establish eligibility or override the authority’s current requirements. The customer agrees to immediate digital delivery at checkout; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Document review upgrade credit

A paid $99 Check My Documents order provides a one-time $99 credit toward the $300 registration service for the same applicant and degree. Use the guided upgrade in your review order to create or open a matching registration application with its credit applied, then open registration checkout within 30 days of review payment; the remaining service payment is $201. Applicant name, email, university, and degree must match. Email verification may be required to protect the application. Existing open payment sessions may need staff reconciliation before credit can be applied. The credit cannot be combined with other discounts or exchanged for cash. A refunded or disputed review payment invalidates its credit and may pause an associated registration service. Government and third-party costs remain separate.

Your documents and authorization

You remain responsible for providing accurate information and genuine, complete documents. Create and retain control of your personal SIAU account. Do not send your government password through this website. A separate signed authorization is required for actions performed by the Ecuador representative.

After payment for the $300 registration service, the confirmation page provides the delivery address and packing instructions without a login. We also email these instructions. The authorization letter is provided once the final template is available; wait for it before shipping. Complete and sign it, then include it with the listed documents. Confirm any questions about the document list or return arrangements with our team before shipping. We track receipt but cannot guarantee a courier’s delivery date or replace originals lost by a courier.

Review and outcomes

We accept all degree categories for assessment. Special categories, distance study, or unusual credentials may require further evidence or a different route. Neither our review nor an automated scan check establishes authenticity, legal eligibility, official recognition, professional licensing, or visa approval. Ecuador’s authority decides recognition. Preliminary acceptance and an attended appointment are not final recognition.

Cancellations and refunds

Creating a draft package is free. If you wish to cancel a paid service, contact us promptly before further work is performed. Refund requests are assessed against the work already completed and your applicable consumer rights. Third-party charges already incurred, including government and courier payments, are subject to those providers’ rules. An authority’s refusal does not itself establish that the assistance service was not delivered.
