Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide during the SENESCYT application process, including your full name, passport details, date of birth, contact information, degree details (university, field of study, graduation date), and uploaded documents (passport, diploma, transcripts, university letters).
How We Use Your Data
Your information is used exclusively to process your SENESCYT registration. This includes AI document validation, submission to SENESCYT's SIAU portal, generation of your authorization letter, attendance at the in-person verification appointment as your proxy, status communication, and payment processing.
Document Security
All uploaded documents are stored encrypted using Vercel Blob Storage with access controls. Documents are only accessible to our admin team during processing. Documents are retained for 12 months after registration is complete and then permanently deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant), Vercel Blob for secure document storage, Moonshot AI and Google Gemini for document validation, and Resend for transactional email. These services process data only as needed and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
Application data is retained for 12 months after registration is complete or the application is denied. Payment records are retained as required by financial regulations. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your Rights
