What we collect and why

Iterative Systems LLC collects your name, email, WhatsApp number, university and degree details, case history, and the documents you choose to upload to prepare and coordinate your degree-registration application. We use your WhatsApp number for service-related communication and document-shipment coordination. Existing passwords are stored as salted hashes. Written service orders can be accessed with requested, single-use email links. Only token hashes are stored; links expire after 30 minutes. The first email verification replaces the old service-order password and signs out other service-order sessions. We do not ask for your SIAU password. Avoid uploading unrelated information.

Written service orders

For written services, we also store your selected product, intake answers, uploaded correspondence, report, service messages, and payment status. Customer and staff portals use authenticated access. The instant preparation planner uses your answers to generate a report within our application; it does not send your intake to an external AI model or request document uploads. Private service pages do not send form contents or reports to analytics.

Storage and access

Application information is stored in our PostgreSQL database and documents in private Vercel Blob storage. Document downloads require an authenticated customer or staff session. Authorized staff can export a case package for the representative and the authority. Access is limited by role; do not share passwords or email access links.

Service providers and Ecuador

Vercel hosts this website and document storage; Neon hosts the application database. Resend delivers review alerts, customer updates, payment links and shipping instructions. Document files remain in private storage; staff review emails may include your name, WhatsApp number and basic case information. Stripe processes service payments and receives billing information directly. We retain payment references and status, not card numbers. Your authorized representative in Ecuador and the competent registration authority receive the information needed for the procedure. These services may process information outside your country.

Optional automated scan review

If you opt in during application creation, using a scan check sends that PDF to Google’s Gemini API for readability and document-type observations. These checks do not determine authenticity or eligibility. AI review is optional and each check is initiated by you; our team can review your documents without it. Do not enable AI checks if you do not want this additional processing.

Retention and requests

We retain application data while providing the service and for necessary support, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion, or withdraw permission for future optional AI checks, by contacting our team. We verify identity before making account changes. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations; we explain any such limitation.

Cookies and analytics

A necessary, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. Public informational pages use the website’s existing Google Analytics setup. Product conversion measurement is stored by this application using a random browser-session identifier, a broad source category, device class, selected product, and purchase or fulfillment milestones. Browser identifiers expire after 30 minutes; event and attribution rows older than 90 days are pruned as new events arrive. Browser measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Payment and fulfillment records remain necessary service records. Form contents, names, emails, document URLs, and private URL query strings are not included in conversion events. We send an order-access email only when you request it; there are no automatic unpaid-order marketing reminders.
