Service Description
Ecuador SENESCYT is a third-party degree registration service. We help you prepare, validate, and submit your degree to Ecuador's SENESCYT (Secretaría de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación), and we attend the in-person verification appointment as your authorized proxy. We are not affiliated with the Ecuadorian government. Final registration decisions are made solely by SENESCYT.
Service Fee & Refund Policy
The $249 service fee covers AI document review, SENESCYT online submission, generation of your authorization letter, attendance at the in-person verification appointment as your proxy, and subsanación (correction) support if SENESCYT requests changes. SENESCYT itself charges no fees for degree registration. If we determine before submission that we cannot complete your case (for example, due to documents that cannot be obtained), we will refund the service fee in full. Once we submit to SENESCYT, the fee becomes non-refundable. If SENESCYT denies your degree registration for reasons within their discretion, we cannot refund the fee, but we will appeal once on your behalf at no extra cost.
Document Handling
You are responsible for ensuring all documents are authentic and accurate. We validate documents for completeness and format compliance but do not verify the authenticity of the documents themselves. Submitting fraudulent documents may result in denial and potential legal consequences.
Authorization Letter
After payment, we will email you a Spanish-language authorization letter naming our representative as your proxy for the SENESCYT in-person verification appointment. You must print, sign, scan, and return this letter for us to attend the appointment on your behalf. We cannot complete the registration without a signed authorization letter.
Limitation of Liability
Ecuador SENESCYT is not responsible for SENESCYT denials, government processing delays, or any career or visa consequences resulting from registration outcomes. Our service guarantees professional review, submission, and proxy attendance — not approval.
Relationship with SENESCYT
We submit applications through SENESCYT's official SIAU portal on your behalf. We have no special relationship with or influence over SENESCYT. Processing times and decisions are entirely at SENESCYT's discretion.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
